Shadowforged Seasonal Armors (Global)
Starting on August 11th, 2016, a "Seasons" system was introduced on the Global/North American Servers that is similar to the EU Servers' seasons system that was discontinued in mid-June, 2017.

Seasonal Shadowforged armors require 10 of a given material to be able to craft. The following are Season 1 through 20. Season 21-40 are here and Seasons 41+ are here:

Season 10: Thunderstorm Flasks / Zephyr Sigils • Season 9: Basilisk Eyes / Eggbearer's Symbols • Season 8: Gilded Jades / Reaper's Sigils • Season 7: Wyrmfire Rubies / Smoldering Shadecrests • Season 6: Frozen Mistcharms / Boreal Orbs / Ultima Shards • Season 5: Icedrop Drakeberrys / Lucid Dreamstones • Season 4: Beast Shanks • Season 3: Shade Essences • Season 2: Magic Horns • Season 1: Dragon Coins
Players can still collect materials for the earlier Seasons after the next Season starts through Milestones (and final Event rewards) in Arena, Guild Wars, and Raids.
NOTE: The Ascension attack/defense stat increases for the new Seasons armors are different than they are for most of the rest of the previous Shadowforged, some are higher, some are lower. See each individual armor page for further details.
In addition to a new season bringing new Shadowforged armors, a new 5-star pet of clockwise the next element (i.e. Spirit -> Earth -> Air -> Water -> Fire, etc.) is introduced and other pets and boost armors in milestones and ribbons are switched to that same element. For instance, with Season 13, a new Spirit Pet was introduced that replaced the previous Spirit Pet from 5 months prior (Season 8).
