The Robes Of Permafrost is an Air/Water Epic released in the Snowblind Guild War. This is the second Air/Water Epic released in Guild Wars, the other being Snowstorm Platemail. It is strong against Water/Fire types but weak against Earth/Air types. This is the Fifth Water/Air Epic ever released (the others being Armor of the Peacock, Snowstorm Platemail, Maelstrom Irons, and Cloudrange Platemail). It replaces the Armor of the Peacock in terms of stats
