  • I am sorry for bothering u but Ijust spent $140 on gems so (1800 gems) I used all of them on chests I opened 109 and got no dragon forged armor I am super upset can u help me out some way?

    • Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but Andy is just a Bureaucrat/Admin on this site, and this site is not maintained or updated by anyone from Gree, the makers of the game.  Andy -- like all others on this site -- has no control over the game itself and cannot help you with the game itself at all. He may feel bad that you wasted that much money and gems on the game, of course, but that's about all he can do.

      Chests are -- and have always been -- a random chance. There is no guarantee that you will get anything out of them, which is why many people recommend that you not waste gems on chests and instead save them and go on a "push" in a Raid or War.

      If you feel a need to complain, contact Gree, since they are the owners of the game:

      Just so you know, Gree will likely not do anything for you either, since it was your decision to spend the money and gems on chests -- when they are not guaranteed (and really never have been unless you buy one of the 1000+ gem chests that say "guaranteed" in their descriptions).

  • Hey, so there are a few updates that need to be done to the main page and some users who are periodically vandalizing pages. Would it be possible to give a few of us more active contributors a higher level of access?  For instance, lately it's been me, Qsram and Tendi that have been making the majority of edits to pages (and creating new pages).  Tendi primarily does images (pics of armors, etc.), while Qsram and I have been editing and creating new pages,.If you look at my contributions (and Qsram's), we've been the most active contributors since about February.

    • I'm a month late to the party, but hello all! This wiki was really blooming back in 2013/14 with Andy, myself, Kuby, and a couple others as staff. It would be awesome to see new guys take the lead and bring this dormant wiki back. =]

      There isn't much point messaging me, I only really log on here once every while to check messages from old friends. No interest in GREE games after they shut down Rage of the Immortals on me.....

      As SDMarukokun said, I'm all for new staff, as long as they are active. I'd rather have less admins than admins for the sake of admins. =]

    Today i was asked in game to load a new file from the game center and by accident i deleted my old save file and i was wondering how may i get it back?

    • I am not an Apple user, so I don't really know how to help you using Gamecenter 0_0.

      The only way to get your account back is if you saved your game data using your email. You can reload your account by logging into KnD on another phone if you saved your account in-game.

      (If you did not save your account you can ask Gree for help. They may be able to retrieve your account for you if you provide them with some information about your account)

    • If you saved your game data using your email via the Options menu, you can reload your account by logging into KnD on another phone and going to: Options > Load account.

      Gree will send you an email with a code which you can input into the game to retrieve your account. Hope this helped :)

      (If you did not save your account you can ask Gree for help. They may be able to retrieve your account for you if you provide them with some information about your account)

  • I got back on a few days after i maxed my new dragon forged the templars offering + and now its gone please help and give me a new one im so sas

  • I just got my old phone back and downloaded Knights and Dragons, but when it comes on it says having trouble retrieving my knight. I don't know what to do. It says the same thing and I contacted Gree but they haven't done anything about it yet, is there something I could do?

  • OMG This just happened, I made a new account and I came in a world with 4 star EB's this is not the ios server that I was in yesterday (new phone, new account) But what is wrong?! CAN SOMEONE HELP ME! All my friends are in the DF world, can you get me in that world please? My friend code is XFV ZYC BXH

    • This may have happened because you live in Europe, thus your new account was created in the European server,

      Please try and contact Gree for help, since I have no power to return your new account to the Gobal Servers. I'm fairly certain that they can address your issue :)
