Trying to do an update and it’s finished but says error code 23 and can’t get into the game?? And fixes ?

The title says it all, me and my friend started playing on a Global server but recently he switched devices and he cant recover his old account, so after we failed we decided that it would kinda be ok if he could just start a new account in global while we live in EU. any info/personal experiences would be appreciated

Does anyone else think they should bring back epic boss collections? I personally believe it would add something a little extra to the game and reward those who maybe dont want to spend gems to achieve high placements in the milestones or leaderboards, but are consistantly hitting certain milestones and playing every day. Just a thought and wanted to see what other people thought.

I've started playing again and tried retrieving my account, however after i put the code they send to my mail it just keep on saying "connected and nothing happens for ages, until the game closes and when i luanch it again its the same lvl 1 account.

after a few tries i got a massage saying i've reached the limit of account transfers for the day and i should wait 24 hours (with a count down), i've waited and it got to 0 but then it started counting up words again so it went from wait 0h0m to wait 30 min then an hour and so on.

what the hell is that about? and how can i fix both those problems? thank you

I'm just starting in the competitive scene and I've started getting myself acquainted with alliances. I play on IOS Global I'm a part of Cent but I've heard of Touch and TNT. How do guilds get added into alliances like these? I'm curious as to how the process works. 

Just want to know when exactly the wars, raids and events will occur in my time zone. For example, the recent splash of the titans event details that the occulo relic rare spawn begins on the 23rd. Where I am, it's already the 24th and the splash monster is still appearing as the rare spawn. It'd be nice to know when exactly some events, raids and wars start, although raids and wars usually do have a timer before they begin which is nice. Thank you in advance!

So i need 2 Crystowl Fragments to craft one of the shadowforges, how do i get the last two now that they have added new pieces instead of the crystowl fragments in the arena etc?

I just fused typhoon stromstaff and Firestorm Scythe+ and got a season 16, so a season 6 + war armor = season 16. So you can go above a season 13. New Changes

I was fighting the valentine epic boss and I lost and I couldn't get out I cant press the X nothing would work. I even tried closing the application and doing it again we but its still frozen can anyone help me?

I have gotten some milestone rewards and some are missing. Has anyone found an announcement by gree or are they just not giving them at the same time?

Before (maybe around up to 2016) the game was so much more epics. There were at least like 7 events ”news” at least going all the time, new armors were announced, epic bosses had their own title and graphic, epic boss events, more guild events etc. Gree also used to reply to support 2 days after issue. Now it’s basically none of that. Can everyone together make the game grow again? Why is this really?
