So, I got a new phone today as my old one is broken. I installed the game again, but had to do the tutorial again.

Your accounts are connected to the Device ID.
You have to contact Gree before hand so they can correctly transfer the knights and etc.
You need your Friend Code, amount of Gems & Etc to have a successful transfer.
What information do I need to transfer or recover a lost account?
1. Main knight's name and level
2. Names of other knights (3 other knights is enough)
3. Friend code of the account you are trying to recover
4. Guild information (if you were in a guild at any point)
5. Armor your main knight is wearing.
6. How many gems you have on your old account.
7. Friend code on the NEW device or on your new knight.
8. ANDROID users : receipts or transactions if applicable
You are responding to a thread that is over 5 years old (which I am now closing). If you have your accounts linked to Google Play (Android) or Game Center (iOS), you can retrieve them easily enough by just loading those accounts on a new phone once you get it. If you don't have them linked, you would need to send a ticket in for each account, unfortunately:
